DSF | PROGRAM APPLICATION

THIS IS NOT a registration form

  1. Players are required to meet skill level requirements
  2. Provide full and accurate information about the player's experience
  3. Once Application is submitted, our DSF Program Coordinator will respond with further instructions
  4. If accepted, a REGISTRATION CODE will be emailed to you to enroll into the program

In order to register into the DSF Program, player must meet the following requirements:
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in Competitive Club Soccer
  • Have participated in our Futsal Development Program - CLUB LEVEL
  • Has been referred by one of our coaching staff; or tried out for the program
  • Can manage a highly intense and challenging training environment
