FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL PROGRAM

A foundational program where futsal becomes the first step into the sport and player development.

Designed for children ages 5 to 7, boys and girls, the program emphasizes on creativity, technical skill development. and fostering a genuine love for the game from the very beginning.

By using futsal as the primary tool, Futsal First aims to establish a strong and long-lasting foundation - ensuring that their earliest experiences with the game are both fun and developmentally impactful.

FUTSAL FIRST PROGRAM DETAILS

The Futsal First Program is for boys and girls ages 5, 6, and 7 years old.
Players may be new to the game, or have some experience playing.

Players in the program will learn the basic fundamentals and concept of how to play the game.

  • Ball Mastery
  • Dribbling | 1 v 1
  • Passing Fundamentals
  • Individual Defending
  • Finishing Techniques | Scoring Goals
  • Playing small-sided games (2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5)
  • Helping develop Social and Motor Skills

The program offers two sessions per week: one training and one league game.

*At 7 years old, an intermediate level is integrated for those more experienced players.

  • All players are required to have the FULL PROGRAM GEAR KIT
  • Players are able to wear futsal shoes or tennis shoes
  • Players must have shin guards

All players are required to have FULL PROGRAM GEAR KIT:

  • Training Jersey
  • Black Uniform Jersey
  • Orange Uniform Jersey
  • Training Shorts
  • Training Socks
  • Performance Qtr. Zip Jacket

*If player has all the required program gear, you do not need to repurchase, unless items do not fit or misplaced
