For players that are ready and motivated to take on the next challenge in our Development Programs pathway, please fill out the DSF Program Evaluation Form below. When you submit the form, our DSF Program Coordinator will respond with information on a day and time for when players are to come out and be evaluated.

Development School of Futsal Program (Level 4)

Player Evaluation Form

In order to register into the DSF Program, player must meet the following requirements:
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in Competitive Club Soccer
  • Have participated in our Futsal Development Program - CLUB LEVEL
  • Has been referred by one of our coaching staff; or tried out for the program
  • Can manage a highly intense and challenging training environment
