WELCOME TO THE CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS, CA

The FDP - Rec Level is a beginning level program that helps introduce the game of futsal. A program designed to introduce young players to the exciting world of futsal. Through fun drills and games, children will develop fundamental soccer skills, coordination, and a love for the sport in a safe and encouraging environment.

Registration Fee

$325 per player

5 - 13 Year Olds
Boys and Girls

8-week program

Two (2) sessions per week
Players Train and Play

Program Requirements

BEGINNING LEVEL PLAYERS

Best for players that play in:

AYSO, AYSO Extra
Club Soccer Flight 3 / Bronze Level Teams
City Recreation Programs
Players are new or have little experience playing futsal or soccer

Equipment Required

Indoor Soccer Shoes / Tennis Shoes (NO SOCCER CLEATS)
Shin Guards Play
Offered in the winter, spring, summer, & fall season

What do players learn?

Introduction to the game & rules
Introduction to the basic fundamentals: dribbling, passing, shooting
Introduction to short-sided games: 1 v 1, 2 v 2, etc. & 4 v 4 full field games
Running games (activities)
Improvement in motor skills & social skills
