8-week program 

• Two (2) sessions per week (Practice and Game)
• Offered in the winter, spring, summer, & fall season

• Introduction to the game & rules
• Introduction to the basic fundamentals: dribbling skill, passing, receiving, shooting
• Introduction to basic tactics​: player positioning, defending, attacking, movement on & off the ball, & more
• ​Fitness Improvement: speed, footwork, coordination, reactions, & more
• Short-Sided Games: 1 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 3, 2 v 1, & more
