8-week program 

• Option of One (1) or Two (2) Trainings Per Week
• Game Experience Opportunities
• Offered in the winter, spring, summer, & fall season

Best for players that play in:

• MLS Next, Academy
• ECNL
• Club Soccer (Flight 1, Gold, Premier)
• High Level Flight 2​

Equipment Requirement

• Indoor Soccer Shoes / Tennis Shoes (NO SOCCER CLEATS)
• Shin Guards Play

Program Gear

• Full Program Gear Kit Required (see below)

• technique, dribbling skill, passing, receiving, shooting, & more
• Transitions - Adapting to a variety of tactical situations: 1 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 3, 2 v 1, 2 v 3, etc.
• Player positioning, defending, attacking, movement on & off the ball
• Speed of play, footwork, coordination, reaction, & more
